Our Story
H2O Vend Limited began as a one-man vision back in 1995, when founder Trevor Marshall started serving local customers from the boot of his car and his small garden shed at home near Fakenham. Over time, this humble operation took off.
Fast forward to 11 November 2002, when H2O Vend was officially incorporated as a private limited company. Since then, we’ve been proudly based at The Depot, Magdalen Road, Tilney St Lawrence, maintaining that same address for more than 20 years.
Growth & Impact
We now employ around 18 staff and support over 650 accounts across the East of England
Our service region includes Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire
We’re the proud regional distributor for Lavazza and licensed partners with Kenco Coffee, plus resellers of favourites like PG Tips, Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Walkers, Red Bull and Knorr .
What We Do
Provide Water coolers (bottled and mains-fed, including hot & cold options), Coffee machines (bean‑to‑cup, espresso, hot water boilers), Snack, Drink, and Chilled food vending units, Iced slush machines, and Smart Fridges & Freezers.
Deliver a complete package: Installation, Maintenance, Consumables (coffee, filters, cups, water bottles), and flexible rental or purchase plans
Oversee fully managed services, including refilling, cleaning, servicing, and tech support.
