Leadership Team
Trevor Marshall
Managing Director

Trevor is the founder and Managing Director of H2O Vend, having started the business in 1995 with the same vision he still holds today — to be reliable and deliver the very best possible customer service. He remains hands-on in the day-to-day running of the business, helping shape how we support customers across East Anglia and ensuring the high standards we pride ourselves on are maintained throughout the company.
With a strong focus on service, reliability, and long-term relationships, Trevor works closely with both the team and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly. His guiding message within the business is simple: “Do right by the person who is following you.” It’s an approach that reflects the culture of H2O Vend and underpins the way the business looks after its customers and staff alike. Trevor firmly believes that serving a great product from our machines is just as important as supplying the right equipment — both need to work hand in hand to deliver real value.
Outside of work, Trevor is a keen cyclist and is often on the bike to work most mornings. He regularly takes part in duathlons and, in 2025, completed the Lap of Anglia — covering 435 miles in four days. He usually starts the day at 5:30am with a walk or run and, when not training, enjoys growing his own fruit and vegetables at home. While he doesn’t drink alcohol, he more than makes up for it with plenty of coffee, and likes to round off the day by reading a chapter of a book.
Abby Marshall
Company Director

Abby is Company Director at H2O Vend and plays a key role in shaping how we support our customers across East Anglia. With involvement in the business dating back to 1995 and working fully within the company since 2005, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.
With a strong focus on service, reliability and long-term relationships, Abby works closely with both customers and the team to ensure everything runs as smoothly as the machines we install. While she’s often found at the end of the phone or email, she’s just as happy to roll her sleeves up — whether that’s filling machines or helping out with water deliveries — and enjoys the variety each day brings. As part of a husband-and-wife team, she’s often referred to (with a smile) as the real boss 😉
Outside of work, Abby enjoys walking and Pilates, bringing the same energy and commitment to life beyond the business. Her biggest weakness? Not always knowing when to say no — and perhaps taking on a little more than she should!
Darren Brown
Business Development and Sales Exec.

Darren looks after business development and sales at H2O Vend, working with customers across East Anglia to find the right coffee, water and smart vending solutions for their sites.
He’s passionate about building long-term partnerships and making sure the service matches the promise. If something needs improving, Darren will be the first to pick up the phone.
When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him out on his Hayabusa or constructing a culinary masterpiece in the kitchen.
Engineering and Operations
Kieran Spinks
Engineer

Kieran is our Senior Field Engineer and has been a key part of the H2O Vend team since 2014. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he has built up an extensive knowledge of our vending, coffee, and refreshment systems, and is often the one the team turns to when something particularly awkward or technical needs sorting.
At first glance, Kieran can come across as the quieter, more reserved type, but those who know him well will tell you that he has a sharp wit and a great sense of humour that keeps both customers and colleagues entertained. Around the business, he’s earned a bit of a reputation for being something of a technical wizard — the kind of person who always seems to know what’s wrong and, more importantly, how to fix it.
Outside of work, Kieran swaps the toolkit for full-time dad duty and is a devoted family man who spends as much of his spare time as possible with his daughter.
Alec Marshall
Engineer

Alec is a key member of our engineering and leadership team, supporting everything from installing new equipment to maintaining and repairing machines across our sites. His work plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
He is passionate about teamwork and takes pride in maintaining high standards across the business. Whether it’s a quick fix or a more complex issue, Alec always puts the customer first and does everything he can to get things resolved efficiently.
Outside of work, Alec enjoys spending time around football — whether that’s watching or playing — and, like many, appreciates a well-earned pint (or three) at the local.
Matt Laws
Trainee Engineer

Matt is the newest member of our engineering team and has recently joined H2O Vend as a trainee engineer. Although only a few weeks into the role, he’s already settling in well and enjoying the variety that comes with working across different customer sites.
With a naturally inquisitive mindset and a good sense of humour, Matt enjoys getting stuck into the practical side of the job, particularly fault finding and repairing machinery — something he finds both rewarding and satisfying. He also enjoys the people side of the role and meeting a wide range of customers from day to day.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys getting out on his motorcycle, watching and reading horror, and spending time gaming, particularly MMORPGs.
Nathan Ford
Sanitiser and Operator

Nathan is a valued member of our operations team, working across both machine servicing and sanitisation to help keep everything clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Known for his bubbly personality and ever-present smile, he brings a positive energy to the role and takes real pride in being part of the H2O Vend family.
He enjoys getting out on the road and meeting a wide range of customers, building friendly relationships along the way. While he’s well known for his cheerful nature, he’s also gained a bit of a reputation for his… creative driving skills — particularly when it comes to low bridges and the occasional disregard for wing mirrors!
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys gaming, getting out for walks, and spending quality time with family and loved ones.
Coskun (Josh) Gokbel
Sanitiser and Delivery driver

Josh is the newest member of our team, bringing plenty of enthusiasm and a friendly approach to everything he does. He enjoys getting out on the road, meeting new customers and seeing different places, and is quickly becoming a valued part of the operations team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys helping others wherever he can, along with walking, listening to music, and getting stuck into gardening and painting. He also looks forward to heading back to Turkey to enjoy some sunshine and spend time with family.
Anne Corcoran
Operator

Anne is a valued member of our operations team, and with 9 years of experience at H2O Vend, she brings reliability, consistency, and a positive energy to everything she does.
She enjoys working as part of a family-run business, where people are treated as individuals rather than just a number, and this shows in the care and attention she brings to her role. Known for her sociable nature — and often being the last to leave a party — Anne builds great rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Anne has a passion for horses, loves live music (self-confessed world’s biggest Robbie Williams fan), and enjoys the occasional tipple.
Lisa Rolfe
Operator

Lisa is a highly valued member of our operations team, helping to ensure machines are consistently well stocked, clean, and performing at their best across her sites. With a highly organised approach to stock and scheduling, she brings a quiet efficiency to the role and takes real pride in maintaining high standards.
An early riser, Lisa prefers to be out on the road before the Sun rises, making the most of the quieter hours to, as Lisa put it (and censored!), 'stay ahead of the less proficient drivers', and keep everything running smoothly.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys baking, wine tasting, spending time in the garden, travelling, and walking her pup — the perfect balance to keep her motivated.
Sharon Housden
Operator

Sharon works within our operations team, ensuring machines are stocked, cleaned, and looking their best each week. With over 12 years’ experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and consistency to her role.
Known for her honest, straight-talking approach, she builds great relationships with customers, who value her friendly nature and reliability.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys bingo, reading, holidays, and a bit of retail therapy.
Donna Dennis
Operator

Donna is a long-standing member of our operations team. With over 20 years at H2O Vend, she brings a wealth of experience and a highly conscientious approach to her work, quietly getting on with the job and maintaining consistent standards day in, day out.
Known for her calm and steady nature, Donna is very much the one who just gets on with things — although if something does need attention, you know it’s worth listening. She enjoys the independence the role offers, particularly being out on the road and driving through the countryside as she goes about her day.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time in her garden and going out with friends, especially to music concerts.
Kelly Gray
Operator

Kelly is part of our operations team, supporting the day-to-day upkeep of machines across our sites and helping ensure they remain stocked, clean, and ready for use. A real early bird, she’s often on the road from 3am, signalling the start of another H2O Vend day and helping keep things moving behind the scenes.
She enjoys the opportunity to meet new people every day, and values being out on the road across different locations.
Outside of work, Kelly loves to travel and is often off exploring the UK and Europe with her family in their motorhome, making the most of every adventure.
Administration
Sally Jordan
Administrator

Sally is the newest addition to our admin team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service, as well as accounting and administration. This mix means she’s equally at home supporting customers as she is keeping everything organised behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Sally has a real passion for all things equestrian, regularly attending shows and events whenever she gets the chance. When she’s not around horses, you’ll likely find her at a concert, tackling a bit of DIY, or enjoying some well-earned downtime with family and friends.
Linda Barnes
Administrator

Linda is part of our office administration team and plays an important role in helping keep the day-to-day running of the business organised and on track. Friendly, open, and approachable, she enjoys the variety the role brings, particularly when it comes to data entry and purchase ledger work.
She values the friendly atmosphere within the business and enjoys being part of a close-knit team where no two days are ever quite the same.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting out for days away, and making the most of holidays — especially if there’s a bit of live music involved.
Hannah Kelly

Hannah is part of our office administration team, working to help keep the day-to-day running of the business organised and on track. Naturally bubbly and helpful, she enjoys keeping busy and getting stuck into the wide variety of tasks that come with the role.
She’s always willing to give things a go and brings a positive, can-do attitude to her work. If she’s ever unsure of something, she’s more than happy to ask questions and find the right answer, which makes her a great support within the team.
Outside of work, Hannah brings that same energy into home and family life, where she enjoys making the most of her time with those closest to her.

David Wiegand (1963-2024)
“Bearing Up Under The Strain”
David was an integral part of the H2O Vend family, having worked with us for over 20 years, from 2003 to 2024. He passed away suddenly in 2024, leaving both a legacy and a significant gap in our business and our wider family.
He was known by many of our customers and colleagues for his constant singing and whistling as he went about his day, as well as for simply being a genuinely kind and good-natured person. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
In his spare time, David had a passion for air shows, particularly historic RAF aircraft. He also gave his time to supporting the local Girl Guides and, most importantly, enjoyed spending time with his family.
When asked how he was, David would always reply, “Bearing Up Under The Strain” — a phrase that many will remember him by.
