Meet the Team Behind H2O Vend

At H2O Vend, we spend a lot of time talking about coffee machines, vending solutions, water coolers and smart fridges… but the real heart of the business is the people behind it all.

We’ve recently launched a brand new “Meet the Team” page on our website so customers can put faces to the names they speak to on the phone, see on site, or spot out on the road each day.

As a family-run business, relationships have always been a huge part of what we do. Whether it’s one of our operators restocking machines, an engineer fixing a fault, or the office team helping with enquiries and orders, every member of the team plays a part in keeping things running smoothly for our customers across East Anglia.

The new page gives a little insight into the people behind H2O Vend — not just what they do at work, but some of the things they enjoy outside of it too. From music lovers and gardeners, to coffee enthusiasts, DIY experts, travellers and sports fans, there’s quite a mix across the team!

We wanted the page to feel personal, relaxed and genuine — because that’s exactly how we like to work with our customers. We’re proud that many of our customers know our team by name, and in many cases have seen the same friendly faces for years.

As the business continues to grow, it felt like the right time to properly introduce the people who help make H2O Vend what it is.
