  • Yes, we supply everything you need to keep your machines running—including coffee beans, filters, cups, and bottled water.

Coffee Machine FAQs

  • We provide bean-to-cup machines, instant coffee machines, and traditional espresso-style machines for workplaces and hospitality.

  • Some do, and some are countertop models with their own water tanks. We’ll help you choose the best option for your setup.

  • We offer both freshly ground bean-to-cup options and instant coffee, depending on your machine type. As well as Lavazza and Kenco, we also have our own specially selected beans, Eden Fields.

  • Absolutely—machines can be programmed with a variety of drink options like cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, and more.

Water Cooler FAQs

  • Yes! We offer both options, depending on your space and water access. Our coolers can provide both chilled and hot water. We can also supply mains fed countertop or wall mounted boilers.

  • We can arrange regular deliveries to suit your usage—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

  • Yes. Regular sanitisation, filter changes (for mains-fed units), and servicing are all included.

  • Yes, many of our water coolers provide both chilled and hot water.

Vending Machine FAQs

  • We supply snacks, chilled food, drinks, and many healthy options.

    We are able to stock machines to be NHS CQUIN compliant if required.

  • Yes. We offer a full vending service, including restocking and cleaning.

  • Yes, all our machines support cashless options including card and mobile payments.

  • Absolutely! We’ll work with you to stock products that suit your staff, customers, or visitors.

Traditional Espresso Machine FAQs

  • Traditional espresso machines require the barista to grind, dose, tamp, and extract the coffee manually, giving greater control over flavor and quality.

    Automatic machines handle most of these steps for convenience, but with less hands-on customization.

  • Basic training is highly recommended. With the right guidance, learning to operate a traditional machine is straightforward, and it ensures consistent quality, proper maintenance, and longer machine life.

  • We recommend a daily cleaning routine and a professional service at least once a year (depending on usage).

    Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns and keeps your machine performing at its best.

  • It depends on your expected coffee volume.

    Single-group machines are suitable for small cafés or low-traffic venues, while two- or three-group machines are better for busier environments.

Slush Machine FAQs

  • DescripMost slush machines take around 45–90 minutes to freeze, depending on the model, the ingredients, and the room temperature.

  • It’s best to use syrups specifically designed for slush machines, as they have the right sugar content to freeze properly.

    Regular juices or drinks may not produce the correct consistency.

  • Daily cleaning is recommended to keep your machine hygienic and in top condition.

    This usually involves draining, rinsing, and sanitizing the tanks, along with regular checks of seals and moving parts.

Smart Fridge FAQs

  • Yes, a stable internet connection is required for payment processing and remote monitoring. Wifi is preferable, however they can also operate over 4G network

  • Yes. Units remain locked until payment is authorised, and transactions are recorded electronically.

  • This depends on licensing requirements and site policies.

  • Customers can return items before closing the door without being charged.

  • No. They are designed for unattended operation.

Billing & Contracts FAQs

  • We accept monthly or quarterly payments via direct debit or bank transfer. Custom payment terms can be discussed.

  • Depending on the machine and service level, a small setup fee may apply—but we’ll always be upfront with costs.

  • Most plans include the machine, installation, maintenance, servicing, and support. Consumables may be included depending on your package.
