Apple Pay – Device Account Number – How to find

1. Open up your wallet app on iPhone

2. Select the card you made the payment with

3. Press the three dots on the top right-hand side of the screen.

4. Under “Card Information” you will see 2 lots of xxxx card numbers

1. Your card number shown as xxxx1234

2. Your Device Account Number shown as xxxx with 4 digits. Please enter your Device Account number digits on the form and then we will be able to find the transaction(s) in question within the system.

FYI – your device account number will ALWAYS be the same for that card on your account using Apple Pay but Apple Pay gives DIFFERENT Device Account Number for different devices e.g. Phone and Watch.

Google Pay: Virtual Account Number – How to Find

1. Open G Pay App

2. Select the card you made the payment with

3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page

4. Under “Virtual Account Number” will be the last 4 digits used.

5. This is the 4 digits that you should enter onto the form
