Our Grab & Go Smart fridges are the latest vending innovation, allowing our customers complete freedom to shop before they buy.
The main principle of operation is that the fridge remains locked until a card or contactless device is presented to the payment pad. Once authorised, it unlocks the door, and you can then take whatever products you need from the fridge. The system uses weight sensors on the baskets to monitor what has been taken, and this is then charged when the door is closed.
We can configure the baskets with either dividers, product pushers, or roller trays, depending on what is being stocked. The software control of the fridges can be set up to give discounts for multiple purchases, meal deal pricing, or promotional pricing at certain times of the day.
We are also able to set each basket individually to sell by piece or by weight, allowing sales of things such as fresh produce by weight.
